DELIVERY TIMES

We utilize Canada Post for all our shipments, ensuring that each package is accompanied by a corresponding tracking number for easy monitoring. Following shipment, an email confirmation will be promptly dispatched to notify you of your order's status.

Please note that all of our items are made to order and individually handcrafted. As a result, a processing time of 7 business days for silver jewelry and 14 business days for gold-plated jewelry may be required before shipping. Each piece is meticulously crafted by hand upon order, as we strive to deliver nothing short of perfection, tailored just for you.

Our workshop is closed during public holidays and Christmas, which may result in longer production times. Please contact us if you need to respect a certain delay.

We start the creation process at the beginning of the week, so any orders placed during the weekend are subject to slightly longer delivery times.
